Law & Ops was founded in 2021 by a group of legal operations enthusiasts working with in-house legal departments. All of them had one mission in common: to demystify and accelerate the development and adoption of Legal Operations in the Netherlands. Their enthusiasm has led to many local and international initiatives that are helping to further professionalize legal operations. Sharing knowledge and best practices but also asking for help are common themes in the now 100+ people legal operations community that Law & Ops has boosted.
